[Magery] Infectious Strike - Thought you didn't need Tactics

Was just reading that you didn't need tactics in order to use infectious strike (provided you have a Mage weapon and GM Poisoning).

Tested this last night, game said I needed 70 Tactics in order to use that special.

Do I have to have a weapon skill OTHER than Magery, or did something change and you need the tactics now to use the specials.

Thanks in advance, I'm new to the whole mage idea (lol, actually I SUCK at playing a mage, so I'm hoping to learn!)
