Inactive account question

Hello,

I've got a question about characters on inactive accounts. Will they get saved till EA decides to bury UO, or will they get deleted after a set amount of time? EA's FAQ entry about this topic is "characters with a skill total of 350+ remain untouched", but I've read a few times about deleted or reset characters, so I'm kinda confused...

I could revive my inactive account which was not used since 2000 a month ago. And all of my chars were there, even the ones with lower than 350 skillpoints like my fisherwoman.
So yes, they will save your chars.
