In What Dungeons do the Red Sparkles Spawn?

In what dungeons do the red sparkles spawn? I go to Covetous, which is becoming too crowded and they spawn in unreachable areas.

Where is the best spot to go too?

Today I tried Ice and it wasn't crowded at all. Got lots of sparklies there.

All Tram/Fel dungeons aside from the Abyss. Not sure if this includes the ML dungeons in Tram/Fel or not.. could someone try checking those? Carefuly, of course.
