If it happened a year ago, thn by now yeah I'd bet it is irretrievable. Lee has been able to reverse hackings that have happened recently, but I don't think they'd go back and fix something that happened that long ago.

If it happened that long ago and you've been back in game for a while now, why pick *now* to try and get the account back?

If you had the last 4 digits of the original Credit card that started the account you can call tech support and get a new password sent to you. Thats assuming you still know what the user name is, as far as i know user name cant be changed tho.

Chances are very high that the hacker would have changed the billing info though so he could start paying for it himself/herself, so what your records show the last 4 digits should be in that case won't be what they actually are if the hacker did change it. There needs to be some information that cannot be changed on an account, like the original owners social security number or something like that, that ISNT located on the billing page but EA has record of it so that a person can get their own account back without the hacker having access to that info.

I called EA and gave them my name and address and thats all I knew. They gave me my account name and password to my UO account that was closed for 3 years.

They can get you your account back if they want to.
