Imbuing w/ UOA has something EC can't do

Apparently you can use UOA to record a macro to reimbue an item 10 times in one click. This seems to make UOA a little more preferred method to train up Imbuing if resources are no object.

Too bad imbuing requires so many clicks. My fingers are hurting.

Not only can you do that, but you can make the item as well. I make a Exp Light Plate Jinsga, imbue rpd it once, then luck, repeat 10time and unravel.

Well im having a problem trying to set up my UOA to use imbuing. But every time it gives me an error. "Target Type failed -- item not found." I started the macro with clicking imbuing from the Skills list, selected the item "exeptional dagger" selected my options, and either way i select to make it unravel the item. Stop the macro and then i select the 2 target's on the macro and select them to "Target item type". I set it to a hotkey. Tried it in game and it gives me the error.

Can someone walk me through a setup on my UOA to make it automatically select the item of the same type, imbu it with the items i selected, then unravel it once its complete?

Without it giving me errors!

What about fails? If you fail to imbue luck several times, aren't you wasting the item by auto-unraveling it?

You need to be able to fail in order to get gains, so basically you want to imbue the item with 2 properties that are at ~100% chance, then you imbue the last on at ~60% at least 10 times for fast gains, once for resource savings.

I don't mean skill fails as such - a chance of failure is essential for gains - I mean times imbued. An item has 10 successful imbues before it becomes overworked and yields much lower chances of a skill gain. If you macro both the attempts at imbuing (as opposed to successes) and the unraveling you'll either overwork it and waste materials, or underwork it and waste potential gains. Or if you're very lucky you will get the exact number right, but this would be seldom. Basically you can't 100% automate a random process without some wastage. For myself, I just preferred to manually count the number of successes (10 overall) and unravel. I managed to 120 the skill over two leisurely days without a great deal of expense or wastage.
