With FC1 on the bracelet, you have 500-140= 360 points left for skills. Each skill at max uses 140 points, each skill at 10 uses 93 points, each skill at 8 uses 74 points. You could do two +15 skills and one +8 or you can do 3 +10 and one +8. Something like:
FC1, +10 skill, +10 skill, +10 skill, +8 skill.
FC1, +10 skill, +10 skill, +10 skill, +8 skill.
