Imbuing and Imbuing PS

Yes you need the SA upgrade, and the PS's are avail doing trade ins with the 3 artifcers at the public soulforge in Ter Mur. For getting a +20, one way is do the magic residue trade 50 reside = a +5 or +10 PS and use Scrollbinders to make a +20, you get plenty of residue when you are unravelling, way more than you will ever use.
Yes to train imbuing you need SA. You get the powerscrolls from 3 quest givers by the public soulforge in the center of Royal City in Ter mur. the 3 quests ask you to gather 50 of a imbuing ingrediant,
Magical Residue-105 or 110 imbue scroll
Enchanted Essence-115 scroll
Relic Fragments-120 scroll
Most people collect 10 of the 115 scrolls and use a scroll binder to make the 120, alot easier to gather 500 essence than it is to get 50 relics. hope that helps

yes. Scroll binders require cooking and inscription to make. You turn 10 115 scrolls into a 120.
Can you turn 110 110's scrolls into a 115 and 10 105's into a 110?
