Who finally bought Cz's plot, and what happened to it?

I hoped with all my heart it turned into a vendor spot, and not just another guild hide-away. It sickens me how Siege's Luna has turned into the house-hides of two guilds, and not the marketing bonanza of what it could be. I almost offered 12 mil for her plot to keep it a vendor spot.

-16 credit hours
-2x a week I teach intro to BJJ
-Lift 3x a week, cardio 4x a week, train 4x a week
-Work 24-32 hours a week

And my number is getting close to being called for the fire dept...so I am about to join a volunteer department to get acquainted with the equipment etc... I am pretty good at time management, the key is to not mind getting up at 5am and going to bed at midnight :(

They are all cake in the begining. Its all a scam to keep you in school longer and therefore paying tuition longer. You don't actually start learning anything useful until your 300 courses.

So I heard. Good friend of mine went for business, said he did exactly what his adviser said and his last two semesters were so hard he almost had to drop his classes. He did his last 2 semesters in 4 so he could take 6 credit hours instead of 12 so he could actually handle the work load. I am just getting an associates now, and then working on my bachelors. Not 100% sure in what yet, but probably either Spanish or English.

And I just teach real basic stuff. Shrimp/ebby drills, arm bar/triangle from guard, arm bar from mount, elevator sweep, etc. Sometimes it is fun though, being an MMA gym and not a BJJ gym(we're mostly submission wrestling) we have lots of wannabe's come in. Some kid strolled in, didn't want to do shrimp drills because "He wanted to learn UFC stuff, not to roll around on the ground."

Entire rest of the class I taught "UFC stuff" aka I showed everyone how to do guillotine chokes and defend them on that kid. He never came back.

lol, that is awesome. im just now gettin back into BJJ, hopefully this week i will be with a new school. tonight im going to check out a place close to my house (that also meets my scheduling requirements) and hopefully it will all work out. i really miss it. back before i joined the navy i had moved up to Iowa for a few months and was taking BJJ and muay thai classes for a couple months until i left for boot. (i actually lucked out because this was right before UFC and MMA exploded onto the scene, i was working out at champions fitness center in bettendorf iowa, a.k.a miletich fighting systems, so i had some good trainers, even though i didnt realize at the time how world class they were lol). it was alot of fun, but i got my ass handed to me by everyone (they had all been wrestling for like 15 yrs! its iowa, what did i expect? lol). while i was in the navy all i got to do was practice by wrestling on the boat haha. lookin forward to get back into it.
