Hi everyone, I've tried for months now to resolve a technical account issue on my own, and I've gotten no response at all from EA/Broadsword, not from the contact form or any of the emails I've tried. I also found a phone number that led to a dead end. It's like the company doesn't exist, and I can't resolve this on my own.
Does anyone know a way to actually get any response at all from another human being at the company who can help with an unusual UO account issue?
