I'm out of ideas and need some advice to resolve an account issue!

Hi everyone, I've tried for months now to resolve a technical account issue on my own, and I've gotten no response at all from EA/Broadsword, not from the contact form or any of the emails I've tried. I also found a phone number that led to a dead end. It's like the company doesn't exist, and I can't resolve this on my own.

Does anyone know a way to actually get any response at all from another human being at the company who can help with an unusual UO account issue?

I tried support@ultimaonline.com, support@broadsword.com, and contact@broadsword.com. I also tried to contact them through their online form, but I'm pretty sure that just sends and email to one of those Broadsword emails. I also tried the only phone number I could find that led to an automated answering system, but coulldn't contact anyone there because there was no option for it, I don't have any employee extension numbers (obviously), and it hung up on my when I tried hitting 0 for an operator or whatever.

They're taking money from me for one of my accounts each month, but I can't access the account--it shows on my end as being cancelled even though it clearly isn't, so even if I wanted to cancel it and let the house decay (it isn't compromised; I can see that when I visit with a character from another account), there's no option to do that, to change the payment method, to log into the game, etc. They're just getting the automatic payment and I can't access it. And I can't get an answer from them. It's been months of this.

Anyone have any ideas how I can actually get a response?

I would make a free email with Gmail and try emailing the Support@ultimaonline.com address with that.

Last time I had issues, it had turned out to be something with my email provider. Using gmail seems to always work
