Maybe I'm just bugged but I don't think so. I have visited and revisited the shipwright at the Sea Market and still I do not see a Garish ship to purchase. I have read the High Seas page and it confirms to buy the ship from the shipwright, so I just don't get it. I see lots of players sailing around with one and I'd like to have one as well.....soooo.....

Perhaps I'm too old and stupid to play but I'd really like to know :)
