Well to be honest Diablo it went like this:
In 2003 he asked if I could pay for the account for a few months.. So I put the account on my credit card but he was suppose to switch the billing once he had money to pay for it.
Well I give him the benefit of the doubt and think nothing of it. Then 1.5 years pass and I realize he never changed the billing after the 2 months and I was paying for the account for 1.5 years for nothing. He was nowhere to be found and I was pretty pissed I paid for all that time when he quit the game.
So I changed the password and started to play Junior. Now as I played Junior I acquired somethings that I paid cash for such as the Gloves of inquisitor and skills gained etc... I then found out he was playing as superstition and we were somewhat friends again. I told him that I invested a lot of money and time with the upkeep that I do not want to give it back, but he is welcome to play the account. So I gave him the password to play and we would share. Then I get kicked out of the guild we were in for no reason and I change the password and take a break from UO.
Well what I found out from You Diablo via my brother was that the account was taken, and all of my belongings were looted. That is what pissed me off the most. My inquis gloves costed me hard cold cash, and I was never offered any payment for the 1.5 years I paid for the account. So in investigated and found out that he changed the email info for the account when I lended him the password. That allowed him to change billing and for him to try and sneak the account back in his name.
I spent an hour talking to EA explaining them the whole situation and based off the payments to the account my story is was completely valid and understood.
What doesn't look good is A: Looting my entire Luna home, and B: taking my items that I paid cash for such as the inquisitor gloves.
Now everything has been straitened out I feel like Justice has been served, and I have a extra bit to make up for the loot that was taken from my home, and pain and suffering.
Hope there are no hard feelings but that's a pretty snakey move on Supers part.

If it makes ya feel any better (or worse), the gloves aren't worth jack **** now with faction gear. How much are the faction gloves people? 25k silver? Thats what 500k gold LOL.

The templates haven't changed much. Mysticism was decent but then got the whammoo (as usual). Still alot of hiding/stealthing goin on. Alot of archers with balanced bows. Not too many mages left.

I remember when we all started muting count in vent and he didnt like that for pvp so he really learned to control his anger, his brother on the other hand....god help you.
