EA has never been a top company... their strategy is making lot of games well presented in order to maximize the incomes. Those games contents is usually cheap even if they have a huge potential...
I'm more with the idea of "few but good" than "take that trash bag, make it nice and let's sell it!"

I must have had better luck with EA's Customer Service then... I've called Customer Service twice in the past 15 years, and they were very helpful both times, and got immediate answers. Of course, that was 6 and 7 years ago, and I can't say if they have changed.

EA likes to treat it's customers as if they are vile criminals out to get stuff for nothing... cheats and swindlers... It doesn't surprise me at all that they received such an award. And I've been a loyal customer for so many years what's that say about me?
