Probably just get a second job. I can't just sit and do nothing. My GF gets pissed because if I wake up I can't just lay in bed, I have to be moving or at least focusing on something
Plus I'd really like to be a home owner by 25, along with a nice boat...so either job, or beat all my old SNES games.

I'd just do something else. I don't really like video games that much anymore, except when im at work, or just odd binges I have. But I do still have interest in UO.

I certainly would not go back to prodo unless they did something about scripting. So that`d be the end of UO for me.
But,its a big world with an ass load of video games. I doubt I`d get into any major mmorpg again for awhile. I`d prolly get more involved into racing sims like Arca 08 until a worthy mmo hit the shelves. Nothing out there I`d pay a sub for atm.

I would have to find a new game to play.
Because the reason I play UO is because it keeps me home and I’m not out spending my money.
I spend about $42.00 on UO... but if I did not have a game to play I would be running the roads going to the bar. etc etc

Most people have just gone to Atl, GL, and 2-3 other shards to PvP on besides that everything is the same beside trammel PvMers and care bear land some servers are lil busyer then others...
Yeah the shard seems dead now i think people are just doing differnt stuff it will pick up as it always does. I've seen a lot of new people and yes the old are fed up or the old ahve gone to atl to find pvp but when pvp comes back here they'll be here as well...
Lets just encourage the new players and help them out instead of torture them with old greed trying to sell their suits back...
Anyways my 2 cents

Treat the new folks from Atlantic well, you may get more as I can guarantee you there is some siege gold available for them via x-sharding. All my best chars, in-game wleath, and best housing are here on siege; I have not left, just diversified!
Nice post; things go on cycles. I had been kickign the idea of finishing my prodo char a long time ago. The fact that alot of guildies were goign over and I had enough excess siege gold to x-shard to get both mine and sparts chars built up also played a part in the decision.

i think i would end up going back to my old shard LS i logged on there the other day and faction there are actually kinda fun lots of people sucks siege is so dead i really do love it here but LS is as big as i remembered lots to do

I like UO. Kids are grown and GONE lots of free time I prefer to oft blow that time just making furniture in UO on Siege, where I don't have to compete with lumberjackin scripters nor charge 5k for a stupid wood table to compete with LUNA price$ on other shards.
I play on Ches. when there are EM or alliance events that my oldest chrs. are interested in attending there, but 3 out of my 4 active accts. are housed on Siege.
If Siege is shut down, I guess I will be playing on my lil Nintendo, playin frisbees with my dogs even more than I do now, or doing 10000 + piece puzzles on my kitchen table, more often.
SP closing down, or population dwindling more, to where no one buys a table or storage chests I like to make, will be the end of any online gaming for me.
Even now the sells of my carpentry here, are slow, so I been watching all the winter olympics to pass my time this month.

If they closed Siege it would finally end my indecision over closing my remaining UO account, and I'd continue just playing WoW.

Yea i still have all my old games from when i was a kid, and ive spent 12,000$ on ebay in the past 3 years on old games. So i would play on atlantic and beat all those on my game time. with work, school, ju jitsu, dog, wife, i already dont have much time for UO, but since i got modern warfare, i think i have only logged into Siege like 5x. i would miss it, but not for awhile.
