IDOC Stage Timers

The info used to be on the old Stratics boards, Im hoping someone can help me out again...

Anyone know the timers between the different stages on an IDOC? How many hours from Slightly to Somewhat, then Somewhat to Fairly, etc etc?

These informations are, as I remember from some practice on Drachenfels:
Like new - 15 minutes
Slightly worn - 34 hours
Somewhat worn - 34 hours
Fairly worn - 34 hours
Greatly worn - 27 hours
IDOC - 7 hours (minus 0 to 10 minutes + Server down)
(all times approximately, may vary with server downtimes, house server hickups and other mysterious factors)

Did the publish have any effect on the IDOC time? I was under the assumption that some randomization did occur.
