Let scroll binders bind a 15 and a 5 to make a 20 or something like that.

Prices of scrolls would Plummet! Familys who need that gold from the scrolls would starve . Were talking the deaths of countless innocent children! Society would collapse! It would be the utter ruin of the economy. HOW WILL YOU EXPLAIN THAT TO STARVING LITTLE TIMMY! HUH?!! HOW WOULD YOU!?!

i guess he means lets bind a 15 exp iron bla bla bod and a 5 exp iron bla bla bod to a 20 exp iron bod
if so ... there arent any 5s bods, so you could only bind two 10 bods to a 20 bod
