Yes, it's London, about 13 miles south of the centre of the city. That particular area was residential although Croydon.
It has an entry in a lovely book called "The UK directory of crap towns" ... but you can read a slightly "friendlier" page about the town
here.
I couldn't find any more WoW related street names in the vicinity so I am guessing it was more of a fluke than a deliberate nameplace , but it would be interesting to see if anyone else can find similar themed places on their travels. Having said that, I'm not sure that Dustwallow Marsh Road, UnGoro Street or Swamp of Sorrows Avenue really quite has that same level of desireability...
