Are they considered furniture? If so you could try the furny dye tub to at least make them color coded-ish moreso than you have now.

I'm now waiting for some decorator to build a chicken battle pit, with stadium seating and chicken leg concessions.

Oooooo how about an engravable rooster-head hat... you could then sell battle-chicken souvenirs.
