I Received FREE 30 days: CS UO Subscription

All 7 of my 7 active accounts, have been credited. Has anyone NOT received their credit by now?

I still have not received my 30 day game time, and yes, I played for hours and hours during the appropriate period. I have contacted them in game, via email, etc., over the past week and still nothing. EA customer service really is terrible and getting worse every year.
