2.lady bug lanterns i think still obtainable from uo store

I thought those lanterns were only available on the Japanese UO store as a bonus for large purchases. I know some vendors carry them but they're super rare and awfully expensive! Still makes me mad that some products are unique to certain regions - they're pixels! Let's all have them!
