I need more information on the 14th year reward Shard Shield?

If anyone has gotten one or more of them, can you explain whether or not it can be given to another character in the same account, another character in a different 14 year account, and any other interesting details about the Shard Shield. Thanks...I have a family member about to pick 14th reward(s) and am wondering if I (different account) can use one....Thanks...

Both the shield and the tokens it gives are account bound so they can only be used by one of the characters on the account that chose the shield (I was able to claim and use the tokens with another character on the same account that chose the shield, but not on another 14 year account.)

Aw, I suspected that was the case... So I will have to get my family member to give me her best account (an unlikely event), or wait another year. I already used my 14th vet rewards too early...No patience....thanks Kri.
