Required town loyalty? Venerated for baron/baronet?

There where more titles like Duke.
You have to declare loyalty on a town first.
Can still change it afterwards.

Even with decay as it is I have easily maintained 'adored' by arresting 5 rioters alternate days.

Except that it is misplaced, because clearly I was extending Devil99's joke. Sure i used the word "all", but a joke (and what Devil99 said was clearly meant to be one because king isn't a real title that you can get) based on "exaggerated" numbers needs a followup with another.God I love it when Petra talks like this...... Given the decay rates, at 1.5 mil individual rioters/100mil individual fires obviously you would only be king for a day, and be a member of the rabble on the next decay cycle if you missed a day logging in.
Nowhere did i mention decay rate at "adored", I mentioned decay rates at the made up Brit King level. In other words I was referencing an addition to the system that was created by another player. Therefore there could have been no "exaggerations" and "promotion of dissent" about what goes on in the current system.
First of all if we really wanted to talk numbers, the higher your loyalty is, the greater the decay rate per day is since its based on a percentage. Approximately 1% if i remember correctly.
Note that Devil99 did not say 100 million points but a flat out number of fires and rioter arrests, so that is the number I used to calculate this. (Reaching these numbers would take you 3.1 years from just putting out fires if it took you 1 second to put out each fire with no delay in between from finding a fire and moving your mouse)
Even at a 1% decay rate, if you somehow managed to put out 100mil fires and rounded up 1.5 mil rioters , the amount you would lose from decay that you would need to farm back to regain the title would be so great that it might as well be "all", to anyone who isn't some kind of literal machine.
If you were magically granted the "king title" and you did not have to do the above, missing a day would set you back far enough that it would not be humanly possible for you to get it back within a reasonable amount of time unless you were some kind of robot that just sits there clicking 24/7 until you reach 1 million fires and 15000 rioters. 281 hours if we assume that the fires and rioters spawn right in front of you, and it takes you 1 second to click each. Exponentially higher if you have to find them yourself.
Given the numbers put forth from the post I was quoting, even if I did not mean my reply as a joke, it could hardly be considered a "gross exaggeration", since in either case, it would not be possible for a human player or even a bot to reach the numbers in the first place until after several years of 24/7 button clicking have passed.

yes they are nice, but note the fact that every title requires a big donation to the city, a certain loyalty rating and the citizenship (obviously) that preclude the chance to get the title on every city. It's also possible that you lose the title with the citizenship as well so be careful.
An example is the Duke title that requires the highest loyalty and 50 mil of donation...

Considering text doesn't convey intent nearly as well as speech, and the recent dramatic increase in hyperbolic exaggeration with regards decays and the like, can you really blame Petra for her conclusion?
(that was rhetorical, obviously you can, and do, but then text doesn't really convey rhetoricality of a question any better than humorous intent)
On a related note, where did you get that the decay was based on %s, and not a fixed rate?

The higher the title the more expensive it is. If you like the knight title requires just 10k and commended

I think it's a cute idea personally. For 50mil, you'd think that would buy one a few amenities, or at least special announcements by NPC's
Yeah, I understand what you're saying. And I hope no one is offended by that link. I'm not trying to be disrespectful of anyone's heritage or culture. It just tickled my funny bone when people started posting the details about how much those titles cost and made me remember stuff I read years ago about purchased titles when I got started doing some genealogy research.

I am not offened, of course any claim my family had could have only been enforced if we won a few wars of succession. Well that and most of the nobles all up and died. Have any of you seen how far out the British royal family line is plotted. Last time I checked it was over 1000 people.

No way. It's an abandoned throne. They are going to auction it off like they do those abandoned storage lockers on Storage Wars.
So you buy a title for 50 Mil and still gotta fear it will decay...
Y u not give us the opportunity than, to buy all the old stuff too, and arties, and EM items etc..
So lets say: I am a rares collector, i want to own a full set of phoenix armor - let me buy it for the shards current estimated value of 250 Mil each..
Or i want that "You were naughty this year" full bag too - i can have it for 500 Mil on a NPC vendor...
THIS would be gold sink per excellence - not to give my gold to another PLAYER, i give it to an NPC and its *POOF* forever..
You can go on with that with ANY item from the past, today, the future - just give us everything in game artie or whatever for a hughe amount of gold - hell, implement a in game Vendorsystem were i can buy with my ACCOUNT - i dont get billed my monthly subscription i get billed the subscription PLUS the items i have bought for $$$ a month - make it you cant spend more than 200$ a month for security reasons so nobody gets broke IRL because of this game - just do what the Facebook game's do since years..you want an advantage, you can buy it - just gimme your $$$$ - LOL

sure...i know this one day log in feature and i like it - would be interresting what happens if you miss to log in 3 days, lets say...you get one title down or lose it complete?
