I stealth into Miasma area... and find a bunch of tamers with a big pile of gold stacked up in the corner.
I can carry 18k at a time with the stuff ive got on me. so I stealth back and forth and clear out 50k or so of it, when they finally realize its disappearing.
I then grab several chests and sneak out.
When i go back 20 min or so later. One group is blaming the other group that was there at the time.
apparently each group was accusing the other of stealing the gold while i was gone.

I had almost the exact same thing happen on Lake Superior not long ago... was actually heading into the Labyrinth for minotaur artifacts, when i saw several tamers trapping miasmas and raking in tons of gold. They had one person ferrying it to the bank, but they had way more than they could carry quickly. I decided I wanted a piece of the pie, so-to-speak, so I went home, grabbed a couple bags of sending and a lot of powder, and went back. They were still there, so I snuck into the area and began pilfering whatever I could get my hands on. All of the loot was being piled in the back corner, so I just parked myself there and began sending. A miasma revealed me at one point, and the group started yelling at me. I simply walked out of the Labyrinth, re-hid, and went back. Not smart enough to change their tactics, they continued piling the loot. I waited a few minutes, and "listened" to their conversation, amused at being called a "jerk" and many other much more colorful names. When the time was right (the piles were getting big again) I went back to the corner and started taking the loot again.
Now, if you had seen a thief taking your loot the first time, and it started happening again, wouldn't you assume it was the same person doing it? Well, they didn't. They were sure I wouldn't come back, and started blaming each other. "Why the **** are you taking it? I told you we'd split when we finish!" "I'm not! I swear!" It should be noted at this point that the two tamers were from different guilds (I won't name the guilds). "We never should have allowed you cheaters into the alliance!" "**** this! I'm done!"
The bickering ended, and I knew my time was short, so I started sending as fast as I could. In the end, I had taken 118k gold, and even more valuable, I had robbed the poor saps of their trust in each other. What a glorious day!
