to a naked tamer that i stated who shouldnt even be able to control their super dragon. sometimes this game just pisses me off

Who are you?

I don't care that you have 10000000000000 posts. Means little to me. Until just recently I have never seen you before, on stratics or in game. So in the end, you are just another siege newb.

Wait, wait wait, I know, i know, you gonna come out here and say "la la la la i played so much more than you la la in the day la la at least i dont live in my parents basement la la la la i sing a lot la" - well guess what? I don't care, you are still a newb. Times change kiddo, Siege is different. Tamers with super dragons are a threat. I'd take your joke ass more seriously if you actually backed your words with actions, but I don't see you out in the field killing tamers- so you have no clue what you are talking about.

Goron...if you see Rico, except when he says "la" as he is making his getaway, then he has failed and is indeed a newb.

Considering his extreme lack of fashion sense though, it is probably far better that he spends most of his time stealthed.

Rico was a legend on Stratics when I was a mere newb.

I remember him and his ever-present ...la.

No where could there be a thread about masterly thieves in UO without his name being prominent as one of the absolute best.

exactly, he WAS a legend WHEN he played. Times have changed, game mechanics have changed. The game has changed. So he cannot come out here acting all tough like he knows what he is talking about in pvp. As you say yourself, he is a thief, NOT a pvper.

I'm a bit confused...Rico posts a lot, so not like I can say I have read all his posts, but I don't recall him making any claims about his PvP combat prowess here or acting "tough". I have seen him make quite a few comments on the state of thieving, and things he would like to see different, and he has been very busy harmlessly &amp; randomly trolling -la, but that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with making any claims to combat PvP greatness.

Then take your ball and go home. Refuse to play with them. Run the hell away. You bet Siege changes. I've seen a lot of them (how about you?). The great thing about Siege and the typical players on Siege? They know how to adapt. Instead of sitting on the forums crying, how about you get your thinking hat on, and try to figure out the game mechanics to be able to get around these awesome killing machines. Or, you could do what so many other previous Siege players have done...quit, because UO beat you...la

This I understand...which is why I said PvP "combat" which seems to be what Goron thinks you are making claims about, and is not necessarily the same thing as PvP conflict.


I used to have a muffin grenade macro...but I didn't actually kill many people with it.

LOL, my combat thief days are over (well at least until a get a few more sills trained up, lol). I remember back before Luna when players would actually venture out from the guardzone...to do more than farm gold. I love when the reds come running through the Luna bank to try and get some blue to chase after them. It's rather sad if you ask me. If they only knew, if they chose a location far away from the guardzone or the saftey of anyone's house, and announced their location...there would be plenty of people who would come to fight them.

Instead it seems like all they do is run back and forth from Krystal's house to the Luna bank and back.

Rather pitiful...la

If prepared, and knowledgeable of the game mechanics, in most cases you should never be killed by a tamer...la

i had just killed the tamer i blighted looted the regs came out and got stuck on the log bridge boxed in between the dragon the npc and a bush bleh

Oh. And I also find it kinda sad that so many posts these days talk about surviving tamers like that's enough. First, there's only a few skills that will allow you to consistently survive a good dismount tamer (if they don't get a two second kill on your first). Second, wth? Surviving? How about actually being able to kill the tamer? People talk about surviving tamers like that's the goal of PvPing tamers...just shows how overpowered they are since no one talks about actually killing them.
