I Have Returned

Princess has returned to UO after being away for 2 years. I was and still am a member of KPD guild. I placed a house, with the help of Queen Zen vacating the spot, in Moonglow. The very same spot that used to be Quaffer's Ale House.

Krystal has also returned and has placed a house on Moonglow next to the big wheat field.

Sure have been a lot of changes. I think I will have to learn this game all over again lol

Any somehow, I be back and hope to run into some of my old friends.

I got a chance to meet and talk with her tonight on Moonglow.

Blew me away after just running into Ga'kuct by the bank. My Orcish is still limited but I could understand what he was saying about having the Pax Meeting at the Counsilors guild hall.

Then I had to make a quick meeting with Ergnack and Maltz. I did not get the entire jist of all that, since Ergnack's Orcish is a bit more fool and unitelligable than Ga'kuct.

On the way back across the Island, I stopped back by a spot next to the House of Dawn and (boom) there she was.

Fabulous - but I had to show her at least some of what has been happening over the years. She had seen New Haven, but was agaust at Magincia!

"My, what is blackrock?" This is difficult to explain in a few short sentences.

Time grew short, and I did not even get to tell her about the fleet, the town counsil, or the Spring Festival....she's gonna have ALOT of catching up to do!

Oh Sebrina, remember the returnee fellow that came to Spring fest meeting ? I got him set up in the 14 x 9 spot I had held once on Glow up north of ye library. And Princess now sports my Lookout point spot. Add +2 to the population of Moonglow.

Thank you Sebrina. Tis good to see you again also. My, my, my, what changes have taken place. I'm still not over the scene in Magincia. And yes, I have a LOT to catch up on. I want to know all about this blackrock thingy that is going on. I did read in the forums of the upcoming Spring Festival. I participated in the 2006 Festival and what great fun that was. Let me know how I can help in this year's Festival.

Boy do I have a lot of work to do lol.. I had so much when I left 2 years ago and just let my large tower with all my rares and such just drop, as I did my little house in Glow. Had tons of resources and money and just let it go. At least I still had some money still in my bank boxes to exist on. But, it's back to mining, lumberjacking, tailoring, tinkering, carpentry, etc. to build my resources and stock up. At least I can't say I don't have anything to do lol.

I feel your pain... I didn't have much left in the way of resources when I came back, which was why I had to hunt down a vendor that still sold boards. It's a little tougher to find stocked vendors these days, outside of Luna.

Absolutely Gwyneth. Seems the only place to get anything in bulk is in Luna and the prices there are astronomical. Because I'm not really a "fighter" and am mainly interested in the trade skills I might better serve my time in UO by doing these mondane chores most don't like to do.. mining, lumberjacking, etc. Then maybe put up a vendor selling these bulk items (at reasonable prices).

Would you like to join me in this endeavor?

We'll have to talk about what our future goals are going to be (other than Eclair's ill-fated dream of encouraging folks to eat more). Right now, RL dominates. Of course, by this time next year, it should be a different story for yours truly.

LOL eat more.. unheard of in UO anymore. My characters are always full.. haven't feed them in 2 years and they are still full

RL dominates huh.. what else have you got to do, especially on the weekends lol. You also are not a fighter in the game so what else is there to do in game?? Keep moving and rebuilding/decorating lol.. come on Gwyneth, build up those muscles in game.. lumberjack a little, mine a little

So Ergnack is the new guild leader now, huh? Be careful, Quaffer is in stealth mode and is probably standing right behind you.. Muahahahahahaha
