Tactics wont raise over 25

I got like 200 points left and it wont raise past 25.The skill is not locked,and arrow is pointed up.I've tried dying once on purpose,no go.Before i had 32.2 tactics wouldn't raise past that,so i soulstoned the 32.2,and flushed it from the stone.Then i bought up24 tactics,then started to work it,then it got to 25 and just stopped again.


Help!!

Not sure why you put this in the UHall Off Topic board, but...

The only reason i can think why a skill will not raise would be your point total, or the skill is locked, which you state is not the case. The only other idea i can think of off hand is that your character might be bugged. Have you tried paging a GM and having them check out your char?
