Does the person that dug up the chest also need to be the same person that lockpicks / opens the chest?

You can use another player to lock pick the chest then I use that same player to use the telekenis magic spell from a distance to remove the explosive device on the chest. Then I go back to the map decoder to open the chest and loot it, I use two different accounts and two comps and my lock picker uses stealth skill and is a mystic which helps with the mob. I am just getting back to doing treasure maps again for fun.
