The longest i have heard is 72 hr. ban so you may need to contact TT to find out what you did.

I think you have to get a parent to call Disney's Toontown Customer Service and ask them to reactivate your account.

as the guiness world record holder of suspensions I can guarantee that the max suspension is 72hrs. If you are off longer than that then you've been banned and need to talk directly to TT. If you are a minor then the person who set up the account needs to call their tech support line and they will give you a direct number to call. Trust me, been there done this!
