I understand I can pick 2 shard shields, one for home and one for a shard I will be able to visit once a month. But, since we can only have one house per account, how do I use the home shield to return to my home shard? Thank you for any help you can provide. The gump for 15 year reward just appeared on my account, and I'm thinking it would be fun to have a second shard to explore.

I am confused about the 15th Anniversary Shard Shields. Help!

Hang both shields in your house on your home shard. Pick one token of each (home & shard to explore) and take the token back home with you - btw., those are 14 years vet rewards

Place both shields in the house you own, dbl click both shields to get both tokens, use token to go to destination shard, do your business, dbl click token to return to home shard...........viola! Am I missing something here?

The shield hangs on the wall, this you need a house for. The tokens you get from the shield goes in your pack. The tokens probably work like regular xfers and you simply use them in a safe log out location like an inn. Doesn't have to be a house you own. So you claim your 2 tokens. Use one to leave and the second to return.

Just be sure to take the return token with you when you leave your home shard.
You can also use claim a token from the shield on your home shard and then use a normal character transfer token to go to any other shard - and still use the shield token to get back home later.

When you choose a Shard Shield in the vet rewards menu, you'll get a deed in your backpack. You can use this deed to place the corresponding Shard Shield in your house:

Doubleclicking the shield will yield a transfer token to the corresponding shard in your backpack (once a month; you can get one immediately after placing the shield):

Now, you can take the tokens to wherever you go. The transfer to the corresponding shard will start when you doubleclick the token. As claudia-fjp wrote, you got to be in a safe location for that.
Differences between Shard Shield and the fully paid tokens:
- you can use the shield token only for a travel to the shard mentioned on the token - the paid one will present you an additional menu with all shards (except SP, Mugen, TC)
- all the pets you take along must be stabled and can therefore not carry any goods for you. This limits the transferable goods to what you wear, what you got in your backpack and what is held in your bank box.
