just wondering.....I have a bottle of bleach from some quest somewhere. It is used to remove colors, I believe, though won't touch the faction dye. Would the bleach remove the black dye and return the robe/bandana to its' original white?

no, bleach takes items back to their default colour.

However I do have a small quantity of spider white cloth.

ah I made the mistake of not turning to cloth all my spider silk when I had the chance. I had about 10,000 worth of ability to make (secret was to just use a silk cotton ball as the last one to make your cloth. anyhow I thought I would go do it now and put the wool balls into my backpack.
well changes made it now a quest item that you cant drop and cant spin anymore. so a gm had to just make it all go poof in my backpack.
although I still have a bunch I initially converted it is still a great loss.

Purchase a dye tub from an NPC, do not put any dye in it and dye the clothes again, it should return them to default colors.

Oh man.. I still have about 50 balls of this stuff, was saving it for a rainy day. Oh well, I guess it'll make a nice memento for down the road. I'll have to be sure to treat the blessed robe, and half apron I currently have with great care. Thanks for the FYI!

I just checked, and apparently I spun most of what I had before it was too late. I currently have 40 bolts of the ice white cloth.
