Hunters headdress, how do you repair it?

How do you repair the hunters headdress? I've tried everything as far as I know.

By everything, do you mean repair deeds? Can't be repaired using deeds, you need a Tailor.

Any type of head dress Ie: Magi/Bear/Hunters/Deer/Spirit of Totem/ all have to be done by a Tailor Himself only.
