This arent HTML Books and they aren´t Rare.
I dont tell more here but there is a Legal Way to make them.
There is another one in a Vendor in Luna who want to sell a Book like this for 175 mios.
For all other who collect HTML Books.
Beware to Buy one line Text Runebooks.
The Rare ones are colored Text , more than 1 Line Text.
At the one Line Italic Ones i´m not sure because they fixed alot but i cant say that they are save.
When you want buy a "HTML" and are not sure please contact me.
I try as much as possible to Help.
Here is a Pic of My Runebook i did some Minutes Ago and the same like the one who is for 175 millions in a Luna Vendor.
This is only an Example.
I can do many other Text things like this ones.

We can meet Ingame and i rename your Books with Text and Font your want for Free (no cheat , Programm or Exploit).
I dont want tell atm how it works because some People will use this again for scaming like my a Container Manual.
