hp regen cap?

There is no "cap". What happens is that the more mana regen stuff you pile on, the less benefit you get from each successive piece. It's called "diminishing returns" or something. I don't know if HP regen works the same way.

hp regen is capped at 18 for items (forms such as cat/dog and horrific beast dont count towards that cap). mana has diminishing returns.

To expand on mana regen. I'm going to make up numbers here - but meditation helps minimize the diminishing returns that come with MR. For example, if you have 0 meditation then:

1 MR gives you 0.1 mana regen (an increase of 0.1)
2 MR gives you 0.19 mana regen (an increase of 0.09)
3 MR gives you 0.27 mana regen (an increase of 0.08)

With 100 mediatation:

1 MR gives you 0.1 mana regen (an increase of 0.1)
2 MR gives you 0.195 mana regen (an increase of 0.095)
3 MR gives you 0.285 mana regen (an increase of 0.09)
