I really would like to know how this is planned to achieved.
By keeping silent? Waiting till the innocent banned users calm down & just shut up?
Or is there any plan?

They Don't have to tell you anything, they don't have to show you any proof.

They can, and DO ban for "ANY" reasion they want to and there is "Nothing" you can do about it. You "OWN" nothing, even if you spent RL cash for items, YOU DON'T OWN IT! and they did give you a reasion "possession of a multitude of highly illegal items".

What masses? they banned a few and a few are upset but I think I can say for sure, most are happy for the actions taking from EA.
You took a risk and got burned, learn from it and stay silent.

And your quote is false, it had nothing to do with the banning but with the balance on Siege.

I don't think the idea of "most" being happy presents a complete picture.

There's a good number of players who for example: don't understand what happened, don't read these boards and haven't absorbed the nature of EA's replies to the banned people, haven't been playing long enough to have seen the history of actions like this, don't have much of their own time invested in it, or maybe are so unconnected with these kinds of things in their own gameplay that it doesn't get their attention.

It's possible that EA doesn't mind some of the more-aware people raising objections and questions because we're outnumbered and in that respect, maybe, we're expendable.

Putting the head in the sand (aks "ignoring ppl") until ppl just forget about the unaccebtable beaviour of EA.

From what I am understanding there is a focus group that is quiered on ideas, ect, I am sure something along those lines will be done again after verifieing that they focus group is indeed seige players and not part timers


What does it matter anyhow, you were banned, and should not be playing UO, why dont you e-mail Jeremy your other account information so it can be taken care of correctly.

You play production shards just like I do and it strikes me as odd why you are inquireing about siege, when you have no ties to it, you self admitted here many times you were *BANNED* and according to the TOS put forth by EA you should be done wiht UO, and move on

I am still 100% confirmed my ban was an error!

Thats why i would agree to give permission to allow EA to name the exact details of my ban in pblic.
I would sign a hand-written letter, pass it to a (reallife)lawyer or do whatever is needed to make them speak to me.
May it be in public or in private!

For now there is just that mail.
And the final words telling "blah blah multitudes of highly illegal items blah blah"

Can only speak for myself: No i didnt! And that is what´s wrong.
The lack of communication.
The attitude of EA assuming they dont do errors and/or not seeing the need to explain their action to the banned ppl that claim to be innocent.
Let it be in private or public.
