after reading tons of stickies and non-stickies - question if I am doing it right:
I try to get a 170 Luck bow (most important) that might get (if I am lucky) additional elemental damage. So I did the following:
- crafted excep bows (normal wood)
- took an oak runic fletching tool
- choice was "Exalted --> Sublime" and then taking "Exquisite/of quality" and "Auspicious/of Fortune"
- max luck that resulted this way was 120
So my question is: Do I have to take an Ash runic to come to 170 on that bow? Or was I simply unlucky?
