If i lost the 4 items from this quest, is there a way to get em back, since i cant do the quest again?

Yep Helper paulson at the shipwright will give you the hooks. The hooks are also great for farming MiBs

Hepler sells the salvage hooks, but the sign is what will replace a lost diving suit (as long as you have completed the quest).
