Is there a particular expansion I have to have to create a char on SP? Because... the server isn't on my character creation list. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

Players with "Young" status cannot access it.
You need to log in to any other server and speak the words, "I renounce my young player status"
You will then lose your YOUNG status and can see Siege on the list.

I believe you have to wait 30 days now. Even if you renounce.

Thankfully all I had to do was renounce my young player status.
