I just logged off from 2+ hours of carpeting the woods outside of Cove with ophidian/meer/human defender corpses, and a thought occured to me. I am not really seeing any difference with spawn strength or numbers.

So I am curious. When does a breaking point come that one side or the other starts to "lose" the battle for a city? Whats the number that must be killed to get to the breaking point to where the battle is lost(or won)?

Im wondering if it depends on how someone rolls out of the bed in the morning.

Actually, I am a bit relieved in thinking my attempts for the bane have made a dent.

There was a post the other day that someone woke to seeing the bane ahead in cove....I had spent two hours before server down killing all the defenders in hopes of a bane win. Well, I slept til noon and learned that ppl loggin in that morning woke to alarms of the bane winning from the npc reporters. My guess is that my two hours of killing were a good attempt, but not enough.

Yesterday on Pacific, we were getting messages that the Bane were fighting off the defenders in Cove. By evening, however, the players mustered a good force and fought a fierce battle to turn the tide. This morning, it was announced Britannia's forced had won the day.
