Do the essence quest at the Ter Mur city soul forge; one of the gargoyles there give it to you. Do it 10 times; you should get 10 115's then just bindd them up into a twenty.

DO NOT do the one calls for frags; binding them up is cheaper.

You need 500 ehanced essence to do it. Since its 50 per, and 10 times. Now take a few extra, as there is a chance to get a stone runic I have been told

No need to do the essence one if you´re only after the runics. I´m sure the Magical Residue quest gives you an equal chance on the runics...
