How to find out usernames/passwords of old UO accounts now?

Hi there,

I'm trying to reactivate my old UO accounts. Unfortunately I lost my notes with account name and password. Well, with the old UO account management page there was the possibility to enter the mail address assigned to those long forgotten accounts to get a new password/the account name.

How do you accomplish this now with all this Origin/Mythic/EA account management mess?

Create or sign in to your EA Master Account with that email. Then goto link accounts section on the far right. All your accounts should be listed there!

If you have your old UO folder still, the desktop folder contains the account names for a beginning.

If you still have the registration number that was used originally to first activate the Ultima Online Account, perhaps calling customer support over the phone might make it possible to re-activate the account from the original registration number.

Perhaps someone else tried this already and can give more informations ?

A lot of people forget this. Also old email messages from years back.

It was a pain when I did it earlier this year before the account migration, so I imagine it's more of a pain now.

funny thing about old accounts.

so back in AOS i got 3 new codes, hell i think it was from my purchase of AOS, anyways, i made 3 accounts that i never planned on using or playing.
i just wanted some funny named Personal Bless Deeds and a bunch of those AOS robes and such.

anyways, over the years i use to log into those 3 account whenever we had the yearly Return to Brit events and i would train up the guys on the accounts.
they even each have a house!

so, when the migrated over to the new system i lost those 3 accounts.

i know their names, and i know the passwords.
but the accounts are gone.
gone!

hahaha, i assume that since they have never been paid for since.... hell.... ever, that they just got tossed into a folder and where deleted.
but its funny, cause i HAVE used them every year on the return to brit events.
and they each have a house on them.
and they each have 5 developed toons on sonoma.

i searched and searched and i cant find them anywhere.

You don't remember the email associated with those accounts?

Have you tried the Mythic Master Account option on the bottom right side of the accounts management page? Enter accountname_uo.

It's supposed to give you an option to associate the account with an EA master account.

the email from my accounts has not been used and years and was deleted due to inactivity, and the accounts dont show up listed anywhere.

its strange too, cause i know the name and password for them so youd think that would allow me to add them to my master account.

Were they accounts from one of the promo's UO did around AOS? I had 2-3 accounts from that time I noticed had poofed also (but in my case I actually had paid a few months on each of them in the past). I honestly didn't care too much (i never really used them for anything but house holding accounts) but I mentioned it in the account migration problems thread a while back, got a feeling some accounts from special promo deals may have been lost. (or maybe they even did something silly like delete accounts with < 1 year playtime that hadn't been logged into for years)

ya they where promo accounts from AOS.

i dont think they where ever paid for.
but they had been logged in a week a year during the Return to Brit event each year.
and they each have a house, haha.

im not concerned over them, i have never planned on using them.
i just kept them around in case anyone needed an account or i needed to do a house swap or something like that.

i was just surprised that they where totally gone.

if you can remember the email attached to the accounts , you can make an account on pogo.com and then use the forgot user or pass option and it will send you even your uo info to that email....atleast all the accounts attached to that email.

If you have the original CD key (the first game cd key you register the game with)..... I think that would be all you need.
