How to complete my suit?

I’ve been playing for some time, resource gathering and working on skill gains mainly. I’m trying to complete my LRC/70’s suit. The tunic is the weak link.

The ideal resists needed are 0,0,21,5,7 and I need LRC16 to get to 100.

Is it possible to get LRC 16 off of a Horned Runic kit? I have a Barbed kit, but hate to burn it for basically a LRC 16 pc. (the cold resist is not that important right now). Especially as I did burn a Barbed kit for sleeves and ended up with mostly garbage, including 4 pcs. with Self Repair 5! I did make a single good set of sleeves; 79 resists and 17 LRC. (with stamina 6 or something also).

Thanks!

Extremely obtainable with gm arms lore and a horned kit, with lrc.

Horneds can produce the same level of mods as barbed(by that i mean they can hit 20%lrc 8LMC MR2) they just dont as often and cant get as many.

In fact, theoretically, with only two runic properties (and the alteration of the caps for all tailor & smith runics to 100%), you could get it with a Spined kit, or even a DC or shadow hammer (making the tunic a plate do, which is mage armor when exceptional) In fact, if you can handle the strength requirements and have the Ancient smith hammer to hold to ensure it's exceptional, you could probably steer more resist into specifically cold, by going for the Do and making it from Bronze for the extra 5 cold resist.

Undoubtably you could get what you're looking for from a Spined kit, I burn Spined runic kits to run LRC suit vendors on several shards and regularly make pieces with the kind of mods and resists you're looking for, or even better.

For a chest piece, its also good to go for the cheapest runic you can get - theres the potential for lots of junk in a 45 charge Spined runic kit and even good tunics are not the most saleable pieces of armour due to so many artifacts being available for that slot.
