How much would a small house be here?

I recently came back to the game after a 6+ year absence. And was wondering if anyone could help me out with a price check.

I'm looking for something close to a mountain range or a nice mining spot.

It doesnt have to be big or anything. I just like to mine and micro manage the house.

You could probably manage to find and place a small house of your own if you looked around a bit. There's typically some places around.

The account now has to be 15 days old to have a house. This was put in place because certain people were using free 15 day trial accounts to control the real estate market on larger homes.

Yet more proof that Patience is the lost 9th Virtue.
