How long until a house decays?

I'm taking a break from UO but don't want to lose my house, when do I need to subscribe again to refresh it?

I heard it was 3 monthes, not sure, so it means that if I leave on Feb 1, I need to return before April 30, is that correct?

April 30 would be 89 days. So technically yes, you should be fine, but I personally would not cut it quite that close. You are supposed to have 90 days, but I know that in the past I had a house start to decay at 86 days. I personally would restart the account at about 80 or so days, but that is just me.
