How long has the book at Valor Ilshenar Moongate been gone?

In the barrel at Valor Ilshenar Moongate there used to be a book that was part of an EM puzzle event almost 4 years ago. I noticed it was missing when scouting for Super Dragons.

For those interested here is the entire quest from start to end and here are even more books related to the quest.

I think they mentioned at the HoC that they were cleaning up a bit (removing some old em stuff)

For an unknown reason some people are going completely fanatical about erasing all traces of past events. Why should a book be removed?

if its any help i copied all the books i could find a while ago...

same with the one in magincia that got blown up with the city
