how long does it take a house to decay

my account went inactive recently and i wont be able to renew for a few weeks

how long does it take for a house to decay and collapse?

It takes 90 days exactly from the day the account goes inactive. Then the house will take 6 days to go through the decay stages. If you reactivate any time within the 90 days it will reset the timer. If you activate your account while the house is decaying, it will refresh at server up.

If the house goes into danger of collapsing, it could collapse even if your account is active.

90 days is the minimum. Some houses last longer, but to be safe you should check it within 70-80.

90 days if it's inactive, but if it's active and the gamenet guys are in charge of it, it'll be gone within a day.
