I made a purchase back on Saturday night of two codes from the Origin store. One code worked, the other, for a housing and bank bump, did not. This is the latest email, below, after already having made six phone calls and two PMs. It was only a $19.95 item, but its not working. The other code, for a pen of wisdom, entered into the game fine, with said item popping into my backpack right away.
Yes, you will see below that two additional codes were issued over the phone, and none of the codes have worked. Any others having this problem?
