On LS, Luna is still full of sitters, only a couple of gargoyles so far. No runes to go to royal city yet.

I dont want to make my gargoyle yet. I cant because my temp avatar is only 5 days old.

Where would he begin is I made him on 2D?

I hopped over there really quickly on Pacific and saw a good number of gargoyle players flapping around. There were already items strewn all over the ground as well, so thus far seems fairly active.
