How does everyone setup their targeting & macros?

I keep this on my desk to help me remember. Does anyone else do something similar? Is there a better placement for macros?
Curious what others do, everyone keeps it a big secret I feel like lol.

I use EC with Pinco , I make hot bars to look like keyboard .

I know I'm late to the party but here is what I use for hardware to setup my macros. A Logitech G13 gamepad and my keyboard has 18 extra macro keys on the left side.

A nice mouse so you could play with one hand.

I have to disable the page up\down buttons on the side of my mouse because I press them accidently. So I could not use that.

I'm running the Corsair mouse. Same idea though with the side buttons.
