How do you get the most ouf the ehanced UI?

I'm newly returned to UO and just started to use the enhanced client. I am certain i'm not using it as efficently as I could. What are some of your favorite features/macros/organizers etc. The only organizer I've used is the scavenger so far. Screenshots are welcome!
