How do I recreate this deco?

I tried to recreate the "sign" they have on the east side. I determined that it uses a fish trophy,a stonecrafting book, 2 pumpkins, 2 nightshade, a head of cabbage and 3 shells. My problem is that I cannot raise the components high enough. What I am doing wrong? Thanks very much.

Wow I still remember that from the Sheep Por Vendor shop on Sonoma (used to live there for a few years). I learned from the best, alas dear Pluffy went and became a real life author (her books are dark and fantastic).
